“Dear Tokio Hotel fans, Although the Jingle Ball line-up is subject to change, we understand that some of you may have purchased tickets specifically because of the Tokio Hotel performance. Tokio Hotel had previously agreed to perform at Jingle Ball 2008; however, they chose to cancel as the band’s management team scheduled a conflicting commitment for them in Europe.For ticket refund information please contact Ticketmaster at 215-336-2000 or bring tickets to the point of purchase no later than Friday, December 5, 2008. Refunds will not be offered after Friday, December 5, 2008.
